Talking boost gauge now installed

fitted the boost gauge the other night, used the bov pipe, and for power i used the cigarette lighter illumination wires.
the gauge was 20 from halfords and the pod 10 delivered from ebay.
don't think it looks too bad for a first time install

and lit up

it also changes to 7 colours but i wont bore you with them, ok just 1

Re: boost gauge now installed

there should be a whit plug conection behind the cigarette lighter, unplug it and you can get the whole thing out.
there should be 4 wires to the back of the lighter i used the 2 that go to the bulb that illuminates the lighter, if its the same gauge the black wire is the ground and the other 3 all get connected to the same posative wire, does the green ring light up around your lighter? it should.
test the wires on the battery before you install it to make sue it works (black to negative and the other three to posative) the black button on the gauge changes the colours.
good luck.
