rear view mirror tilting after bumps

hello mate,

does anyone know how to fix my GC8 V4 rear view mirror? It kept on tilting after few bounces on the bumpy road.... this means i gotta kept on adjusting it back to the correct view with my left hand while i am driving...

please help.....

souns like the joint is going, not sure but is there a screw you can tighten up to get it to be stiffer again?
