Prodrive Ecu

Hello to All
Recently I have installed on board my wrx m.y. 2002, a new ecu, the one modified py Prodrive, along with a Prodrive complete exhaust system (stage 1-2-3). I have noted that when I push the gas, around 4500 rpm, that the rpm indicator goes up and down and it does 4300-4600, it seems like fuel is missing. If I was driving a car fitted with 4 double body carburettors, like my old Alfa 75 turbo I knew exactly what the problem was, but with the Subie, I don't have a clue.......please help

That's correct, it seems like power is dropping, along the rpm that fluctuating up and down around the 4000 rpm lane.

Was the ecu from same year/model car. Also when ppp is fitted I believe the boost restrictor is changed in the pipe to the boost solinoid.... Also the Intercooler inlet pipe is changed.... These things not being done may make a difference?????

Ah....by the way, my first posting, was last month of october, when I was talkiing about the APS front mount intercooler that after being installed, provoked a huge lag....now that I have the ppp ecu, stainless steel header, still lag is present, in a lesser way of course, but it is still there.....I was thinking about fitting back the original top mount intercooler, what do you think?

That will reduce the lag... Other option would be to get the ECU mapped for the FMIC
