Did the glove box lid change between 1995 & 1997

The previous owner of my MY97 (actually early 1998 car) Impreza Turbo 2000 had a mobile phone holder screwed to the glove box lid. Of course this left four rather obvious holes when removed. A new lid from the dealer is going to cost loads because they will only sell me one along with a new dashboard. I've found a glove box from a 1995 Impreza and it looks the same in the picture, but it's not a brilliant picture.

So does anyone know if the glove box changed between 1995 & 1997 - shape, colour & plastic texture?

Cheers.

The face lift glovebox lid is different to the my95 I'm afraid

Have you tried any breakers?

Thanks for the info. Yes I've tried a few breakers. Only one had a glove-box lid for my car and they wanted 40 for it which I thought was a bit expensive. If anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Cheers,
Abaddon.

Cheers. I will try them and see what happens. What's the link for parksgateway.com by the way? Tried www.parksgateway.com, but didn't get anywhere.

Abaddon.

Thanks, gradea-subaru.co.uk had one for 20 + p&p, so I've ordered that. I'll have a go at fitting it over the weekend.
