POWER STATS

Hi.. lots of people been asking about my power stats and figures after fitting STi engine with uprated internals and compression ratio etc

They are

350 Bhp and 325 Lbs of torque

Not bad for a car weighing just 1210 kg

Will be on track in Castle Combe 5th December with Andrew... feel a school report may be needed

Power at Flywheel (BHP) : 350
Weight without Driver (KG) : 1210
Power to Weight Ratio (BHP Per Ton) : 293.90
0 - 60 (Secs) : 3.64
0 - 100 (Secs) : 9.47
60 - 100 (Secs) : 5.83
Quarter Mile (Secs) : 12.29
Terminal Speed (MPH) : 113.92
Drag Strip Quarter Mile (Secs) : 11.89
Drag Strip Terminal Speed (MPH) : 117.81

That's awesome mate.

Be interesting to see how it stacks up against the Spec C.

..... Hmmmm, right then, how can i get rid of any excess baggage?... back seats, spare wheel, tool kit, jack, air con,, it's all gonnahave to go.

Well, put it this way, when we record lap times i certainly won't have my air con on.

it's has to be done. I wish we could get some kind of bracket for the camera to properly attach it in the cars, but i not sure where it would be fixed to, and they are real fussy about it on the track, you have to sneak the camera on board and hope no marshals see it if you don't have the proper brackets.

Re: POWER STATS

Hi Guys... thanks for the kind comments

Just back from 'team building' meal with work coleagues hic hic
Has been a long road... but now very happy with results

Track day times will be compared Wayne, just out of interest... but my brakes will be the limiting factor for me..

Spec C should be much quicker on a lap... with me driving of course...

Camera situation may be resolved... borrowing a secure mount from friend in work
