PC Probs

I am having serious PC probs at home (HD is snookered) Can't install anything new to it etc etc. P.Cc Itself is very flakey due to some serious virus and worm damage I have had to drop back to Win98 having had probs with Win2000 and even 98 is buggered now

So for all those who I promised to meet on MSN for d/loading the scooby manuals etc please don't think I am ignoring you - its just that I can't do much about it at the moment

New P.C has been ordered so this situation should be sorted soon.

Sorry to hear that m8........ Great things when running sweet..................... A right pain when they go wrong..... And don't you realise how much you need your PC when it is out of action.....

How did we survive without them

Too bloody right Pete

The thing is the pc has been getting worse and worse and now whilst I can use it it does just turn itself off at times amongst other things....the real frustration is I can't install anything to my p.c now

Soon to be sorted 8)

LOL @ Buzz - he knows me far too well

Thanks Trip but I it would appear that I had contracted a virus from my previous hard drive when I connected it up as a slave to my existing one. I copies across a lot of files etc and assumed they were ok - finally fiund that my old drive was riddled with bugs and hence how I transferred the problem across...........its been a battle ever since in trying to maintain a reliable p.c
