Re: My Shopping List

Very nice mate. Everything I've heard/read about the whiteline stuff is all good, and ARB's and drop links should make a very noticeable difference to the way the car handles.

What kind of power you looking at from the re-map? WIll give me a god indication for when mine is mapped next year.

Good to hear about the whiteline mapper said close to 300 Wayne but we see now when I get it done new to this mapping so your guess is as good as mine just worried that OEM clutch that I fitted just over 10k miles ago will slip

So 20 Bhp then. Wonder what a sports cat would add to that? Ideally would like 310-320'ish from the current turbo and then leave it at that.

Re: My Shopping List

Save your money on the ALK it does very little for the cost and a poly bush in its place will do as much and cost a fraction of the price.

Re: My Shopping List

Darren, just to put a spanner in the works, - the ALK is expensive but it definately made a difference to my old classic. the added caster angle gives the car a bit more of a pointed purposeful look and definatley stopped the front end from lifting when flooring it - this was my experience after my remap.
The biggest difference you will feel will be a chunky rear ARB(my brother went for a 24mm adjustable btw, and not the 22mm that i went for and the 24mm is ace) and alloy drop links. it will make for a harder ride but well worth it on the handling side oif things.
