Scooby WRX on the way.

I've taken the plunge. Test drove a 2004reg WRX today. Oh my god what an experience. Me and the other half are not speaking as I've put a deposit down but I haven't sold my motorbike yet. Never mind tomorrow is another day but at least the Scooby will be waiting for me.

Re: Scooby WRX on the way.

Best feeling in the world driving home in one you`ve just bought, seemed surreal in a way to me as i thought i`d never own one, 5yr on i still get that feeling sometimes.

Re: Scooby WRX on the way.

I was supposed to sell my bike before putting a deposit on one, that was the deal. I couldn't resist though. Its 2004reg WRX in mint condition only done 34,000 miles. I knocked them down from 8495 to 8000 and they are giving me 2400 for my 54reg Corsa. What would have done?

Re: Scooby WRX on the way.

Its no good asking me what I would have done. I am terrible for impulse buys. and I am not your average female when it comes to buying things like cars or bikes. lol

Nope.. I am terrible for sticking things I want for the car in my ebay watched items then dropping hints at a moment I know he isnt likely to say no.. and there we go. New bits ordered.

Just make sure if you buy a bit for your car you also take the missus out for lunch or something.

Re: Scooby WRX on the way.

I'm already watching a few things on ebay, I will never learn. I'm taking her out tonight for her favorite meal. She has started to speak to me.

Know how it feels mate. My other half wouldn't even come and look at the car. Was only aloud to buy it on the condition that I had it for a year and then sold it. (I bought it in Sept 2008!!)

You'll have loads of fun in the car. It never ceases to amaze me what trouble you can get into (and out of) with the power that the car deilvers.

Enjoy
