There all good... Never heard of piston meltdowns?

Full service history and condition more important than mileage... Brakes better from late 98 on

Good luck

If they a genuine Irish car know what I mean they fine, cause they all ready to run the 95unleaded if they jap import run them on highest octane possible Maxol sells the unleaded E5 thats 99unleaded and will do fine or run a lucas octane booster with 95unleaded but get the mix right if your car a jap import and still want to continue driving it map it for 95unleaded and take it handy in it till you get it mapped thats if a jap import cause jap scoobs run 100unleaded with is fairly rich and when you put in 95unleaded its to lean and as said above it will damage engine

Re: whats the best subaru?

Ultimately a remap is the way to go with a JDM imo as it will ensure that your car runs safely on whatever the highest octane fuel available to you locally is w/out the need for any booster.

If no remap then do as Darren and use highest octane available plus octane booster to ensure a 100 ron mix in the tank. If it's an Irish scoob then no worries, but run it on the highest octane available either way.

For fun and being realisticly priced Wrx sti type-R

For fun and reliability 2003 blob sti ,known a few ppl with these and never seem to have problems at all-if i ever bought a newer scooby would be the blob sti or a WR1.

wrx sti type-r (classic Shape 2dr)will always be one of them cars i wished i`d have owned but darent(known too many ppl thats spent an absolute fortune keeping them on the road)
