you could always swap over the wheels from the scoob, you know, for a bit of bling, add some decals, who's gonna notice? just to show the locals that you're still top dog! LOL

Not a bad idea. I had the thought of buying another car, but just as a run around. I must admit, it does cost alot in petrol if driving locally. Might buy a little fiesta.

I have a Nissan Primastar van which I use if I want to go somewhere without taking out a bank loan for the fuel... ...even fully loaded it's about 3 times more econonical to drive, just not nearly so much fun... ....0-60 in erm, let's not go there!

It has been round the Top Gear test track tho as well as down the runway end-to-end (rather slowly) Just gotta take the scooby for a lap now

cant fault ya tidgy, keeps the mileage down aswell-especially when mileage is `s on a scooby when ya come to get rid-fun part is ya still try an drive em the same my micra`s had some right abuse just be ready for that lack of acceleration the first time ya go for that late overtake an forget what youre in.

Best part for me though`s just the being able to relax when you leave em somewhere-hate the scooby for that, even outside mates houses at night im regularly checkin out the window to see who`s about.

Probly gonna go the run around route when i come back. Don't need one here as i cycle everywhere anyway, and i can leave my scoob anywhere (no alarm, tracker or any other security device either).
Would like a Vitz (yaris in UK?) or a colt but wil be on a budget whilst i'm job hunting so probly go the (old shape) Micra route too.

Next April if all goes according to plan. Tbh, can't wait. Britain's got it's faults but it's still home. And if I'm honest, I've had my fill of Japan.
