Speed allows STR to catch up.
Frustrated by the sort of conditions that usually blight testing at Silverstone, Scuderia Toro Rosso was grateful for a break in the rain on Wednesday as it attempted to make up for lost time in its preparations for the opening European races of the Formula One season.
