Types of tyres..
 

Just recently bought a set of Marshall Matragt TX tyres which cost me just less than £225 for the complete set.. I was just wondering if anyone else had used these tyres and what they where like? Kinda cheap, I going to be getting a set of Goodyear NCT5's but they didnt have any in stock...

Oh what does anyone think of a set of OZ Speedline alloys? a 17" model, the 18"'s just a little bit too pricey for me!

But how much are your tyres? I wouldnt mind going wider rather than larger.. 225/40/17 would be fine, but 215/35/18... I think thats a bit much!! Surely the 17" is enough? :shock:

:D tyres arnt that bad mate , prices do vary alot but the ones on my old sti8 were
225*40*18 & cost normally £100/ 190 each depending on maker , mine were toyo's £115 each .
Plus if yo bought all 4 together the price drops alot ............... :wink: :wink:

Im not sure what size I could get away with on my wheels at the moment. I have 205/50/16's at the mo, what could I get on?

They are gonna cost me a packet!! Oh well, good job my brother in law works at Kirkham tyres isnt it!

EDIT: Im going for wider tyres but Im aiming for 17's as the cost will be cheaper overall. What do people think of 5 spoke on the Scoobies? Somehow I dont think that they look at good as the multi spoke models.. Anyone else get this feeling?
