Re: Spoiler finally fitted!

Didn't need to chap, was a complete spoiler and boot lid off a bug eye STI so straight swap, well apart from a new lock.

if its only a surface scratch try meguiars scratchX.
i used it to get rid of some scratches a cat had left after running up my back wing. removed it a treat! and can be done by hand. though obviously use it when youre about to wax. it also sorted all the scratches from female fingernails and jewellery around the door handle.

back to the subject of the spoiler though... have you noticed how it wobbles about while driving

Re: Spoiler finally fitted!

sadly after more inspection its down to the metal so some touch up paint required me thinks Yeah there is a small wobble at times, was thinking about getting some perrin wing stiffys but don't fancy drilling more holes in to the spoiler!?!

Re: Spoiler finally fitted!

ive considered those too. but the only reason i havent is because i couldnt find them ANYWHERE.
no idea what they were called.
another problem is shutting the boot. you have to shut it like its made of an egg shell.
