Very Annoying in the Classic Impreza

Any one ever notice this or is it just me looking into things too much the sills on my classic very soft and when you lift her up on the ramp the sills bend a bit as if they cant take the weight of the car has happened to a couple of classic imprezas I know off and I just straighten it with a shifters but wrecks my head does it happen to New Ages to?

Yeah seen this on loads of cars, always lift off alternative points under the car. Same witht he jacking points on some cars, you can't jack cars up because they are not secure.

Ive never jacked a car on that seam if im honest, the scooby is a bit weird to jack, I was proper put off about using the rear diff but it seems thats normal.

Ya very annoying alright you would think they be stronger a lot of cars be up in down the ramp all the time and some have same sills as Impreza but obviously stronger as ramp dont bend sill

Yep got the same on mine. Ive started using the standard jack from the boot as it has a groove that the sill slots into. Doesnt bend them now

I looked at getting a couple of Ali blocks with a groove in but managed to get a cheap low slung jack that went under the chassis legs.
