Taking a tow bar off!

Ok, just had a good examination of the tow configuration under the car.... Anybody got instructions on how to take these things off? Do you have to take the bumber off? It doesnt look as if the bumber is involved but it does tuck under the bumber slightly.... Not too sure if i should do it or leave a mecahnic do it :?

Patrolman, thats a very good thought of your thanks very much. However no shins are hurting these days as the towbar was sold the same time as the car

Thanks again for the offer though.
