Scoop

Hello all, i have some big plans for my UK300, i have worked loads of weekends saved up and now i have got loads of cash im going to splash it on my car.
Im going for the afterburner exhaust complete set, induction kit, dump valve (maybe), lowering springs and chipped. Hopefully i wont get beatan by st220, saab's and bmw 325's.
ive read that the complete exhaust system will give me 30-40bhp, 10-15bhp for induction kit and 30bhp for the chip so i should see those cars in my rear view mirror instead of them seeing me.
The thing i want the most is the scoop off the sti, it looks alot meaner than the standard uk300 scoop, can i just by the scoop and replace it or do i need a whole new bonnet,

Cheers

Lee

I hope by 'chipped' you mean you are getting a remap - not 'i'm gonna chuck boost raising, engine killing superchip in it'

By Chip you mean ECUTEK........

Do not buy a superchip or alike, Do all the mods then ECUTEK, will cost about 700 BUT wow will you notice the improvements and power hike

I am sorely tempted to ditch the PPP, and getting a ECUTEK remap done at the same time as getting rid of the uppipe cat and replacing the downpipe cat with a sports cat downpipe

would be amazed to see 10-15bhp from an induction kit meself uk 300`s must have a seriously restrictive airbox as std if thats the case.
