wrx lambda problem

hi all, first post.
wondered if anyone can help?? away to fit complete toyosport exhaust system but on removal of o.e. fr pipe/catalyst there is a secondary lambda sensor but no hole in new front pipe but a hole the size in new up pipe. can it be fitted to up pipe or can i do away with it but how do i bypass the two wires if it can be done?? help!!!

think i have got it sorted out. been told it a exhaust gas temp sensor for catalyst incase it it going on fire. do not require it as of this info as no cat.
