uppipe japspeed in 2 bits
 

hi i have an uppipe that comes in 2 bits. wot the best thing to use to seal them up once it on car.

a decent gasket kit and some brand new bolts,washers,nuts n springs..;)

i have a new gasket to meet the header pipe an a new gasket to meet the turbo but i mean it slides into eachother. then wot is best to seal that

aha,some HIGH temp Silicon sealer,plumbers use it as do most exhaust n tyre units,would also use a "U"clamp too..:)

yea mate that prob sounds the best thing. i think there made like this incase need to adjust to match up right with header pipe an turbo. i bought gum gum with some steel surround to put on the gap once all in place but that sounds better to do

gum gum is ok for a temp repair bud ,IF it sticks......lol

yea its like a plate cover to seal the opening an clamp with 2 jubilee clips then gum gum to make sure is proper sealed
