power steering
how hard is it to change the power steering fluid??
my car is a wrx 96 waggon,just had the cambelt done ,will there b a drain plug underneath the rack,& is it just a case of undo the drain plugg then refill the resoviour???????? i onli want to change it coz its probli never been changed? cheers, |

I usually evac the reservoir with a vacuum pump, a turkey baster would work also. Refill with clean fluid, run the engine and cycle steering wheel lock to lock a couple times. Repeat several times and should be good. There are other ways but they get messy or need to be done with an actual recycler machine.
