Question TD05 fitment into UK MY99

I've got a TD05 turbo which is converted to front entry and it also has the metal coolant pipes attached.
I would like to know if the original rubber/silicone pipes from the TD04 will fit, if not can someone supply part numbers or a link to the ones that I need or even describe what the pipes look like or could I get away with using some pipe from a DIY store that is the same grade as what Subaru used?

Thanks in advance.
