1995 Wrx Import wagon Helppp

Hello all wondering if anyone could help me?

I have a 1995 wrx wagon running TD05 With Z4 Ecu.

Car Pulls Great Up until around 5000rpm then it splutter bad and backfires???
its boosting up to 1.2-1.5 on my boost gauge.
Coil Packs Been checked, had new spark plugs, new maf and map.

really am lost now and giving up

when sitting idle my vac on boost gauge reads this is it normal??

yes that reading on your boost gauge is correct when not on boost, as soon as the turbo starts producing boost pressure it will read positive pressure.
