turbo oil return vs oil inlet?

I had a friend help me pull the engine and when he removed the turbo he bent and tore a metal line that leads from the head to the top of the turbo. I need to know what oil line this is. I have been trying to find anything online and cant find anything that looks right. In the pic below it goes into the top of the head and makes a turn at the top. any help or part numbers and anywhere i can get it in the U.S.A.
