Unhappy Turbo boost loss

hi all..

I really need some ideas on what my problem is, i'm still pretty much a newbie so still learning all about my car and any help is much appreciated..

right.. i started out warming my car up as usual then drove it for a good half hour before i got chance to open her up a bit and as i have i got to about 4th gear 5000rpm and i just lost all boost?
it still boosts up to 0.5 bar and will hold but there is no push in the car at all, its tuned and usually boosts up to 1.2 bar.

I really just need some ideas on where to start looking, i'm thinking BOV to start with then gaskets in the exhaust but just need a few more ideas if this doesn't come up trumps..

Thanks for reading..

any help much appreciated..
