spark plug

Hi everyone, i'll change my spark plugs this weekend, it has ngk iridium BKR8EIX on it at the moment but i now the standart grade is 6. My car is an MY03 sti with small mods like turbo back exhaust and uppipe. Which grade do you recommend? Should i stick with 8 or do you prefer 6 or 7? Thanks for your help

Thanks a lot Bob, i want to use iridium so BKR7EIX is equivalent to PFR7B isn't it?
