Alas more trouble!!!

Hello guy's me again. I recently had running issues regarding the knock sensor.
And thanks to all who gave advice. But no more than a few days later and all seeming peachy, I seem to be having some issues again! Yesterday whilst driving, my car a "W"Reg 2000 turbo wagon, began to stutter whilst I was accelerating (It is more noticeable higher in the rev range and is very similar to the symptoms I described in my other post regarding the knock sensor but not as bad) I've done a code check and nothing comes up. There is no CEL light this time. I have also reset the ECU again to no avail. This morning I had difficulty starting her and when she did finally catch and go the rev's were erratic and It sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders then back to 4. It continued to do this until warm. Then seemed to become normal again (Accept for the other symptoms I mentioned). Any advice would be great as It's starting to get me down a bit now. I got this as a compromise for having to sell my EVO for something a bit more practical. And still having my old WRX as a project I couldn't wait to get a Scooby in my life again. I'm thinking leads, plugs etc. But any help would be great.

Re: Alas more trouble!!!

Sorry for the delay guy's. Thanks for the input Pilot and Rich. I'm going to take it to my local specialist at the end of the month, get it properly looked at, I'm a bit limited at my workshop. I would do it sooner, but some less than reputable people I.E f**king pikey c**t's! Have helped them selves to my money. Fingers crossed it is just the MAF etc, and not a new engine or something drastic lol. Am I right in thinking it's part number: 22794AA010 for my model year. If it is the MAF that is. Thanks again.
