Squealing at high revs!!! Help

Hi all , new to this forum here goes, iv just got a 2001 bug eye wrx, all goes fine plenty of power and pulls great! Only problem i av is if i put my foot to the floor in any gear at about 5-6000 rpm i get a squealing/ whistle/ screaming noise, sounds bit like a vacum noise but louder, but parked up and if i give it a rev then theres no noise at all !!! Really buggin me now, any suggestions would be a great help, thanks
