its just not right!!!

well folks, had the bugeye GX for around 9 months now. and its a pain in the butt.
when bought had an error for the knock sensor. so swapped it and cleared it.
then over the months kept throwing up errors relating to the rear 02 sensor.
so got new one changed it and cleared codes.
now that was about a month or so ago. then 2day throws up error
P0139- 02 sensor circuit slow response (b1-s2)
now im lost.
but have noticed car hesitates and surges from take off.
using way more petrol than should.
knocking away from cold, but goes away once warm or reved hard.
also think its missing at certain points when driving. but not sure.
and has no power when trying to accelerate off just load of noise.
now is it possible for the knock sensor to be faulty, and not throwing up a cel?
plugs and leads were changed also oil.
remember GX is non turbo.
thx
