Re: Fmic info

I bought a Japspeed FMIC, it was awkward to fit as came with no instructions and I had to buy 2 lenghts of silicon hose, one to attach my dump valve and the other to cut and extend some of the pipework as didn't quite fit properly. However does seem to cool really well now fitted, the pipes from the turbo are roasting after a good thrashing however if u feel the pipe onto the inlet manifold it is freezing........well worth the effort lol.

Re: Fmic info

Sounds like you have had a good result with the Japspeed FMIC but they have lesson to learn with the supply and fit.

Yea it was a bit of a pain but was worth it in the end, like i said cools brilliantly and looks cool to as it's massive, even sticks out under the car slightly lol. I'd put pics on if I could figure out how lol.

Re: Fmic info

You get what you pay for with most things in life, Usually its cheap for a reason, mass produced cheap fmic's have loose tolerances when it comes to the manufacturing process hence not fitting quite right. Buying a cheap one defeats the object of buying one in the first place. Unless of course its just for the braging rights of having one

Re: Fmic info

Generally agree with that but the Japspeed product is top stuff. I've asked a chap I know at Japspeed to look in to this, the last thing they need is negative feedback.
