Spark plug change

Just attempted my first spark plug change in the impreza and all went well! Followed some of the guides on here which were very helpful, not as bad as I thought the job would be! Also changed the leads and thought I would mention when changing these that they are different lengths so remove one at a time and measure against the new ones to check they reach the correct plug!

Friggin shitt the stealers say makes me laugh.
Yeah it's not that bad at all, once you know where it all is and what you need to do to change them it's a simple job.

Re: Spark plug change

Did my plugs last night, got it down to fine art now after 8 years or so of ownership, 15 minutes from getting home from work to leaving the drive to pick the missus up.

Wrong air filter though from Opie so half a job as usual

15 mins was good goin. I made the mistake of doing mine when the car was warm and ended up with blisters on the back of my hands!

Re: Spark plug change

I had to do mine 3 times last time because I was sent the wrong plugs twice.
