Engine (BOOM!)

hey everybody,
the engine in my 98 sti type R just died, originally thought it was just a pipe that broke off the turbo but then found out it was an explosion in the engine that made the pipe break. So my problem is basically that i live in ireland where no one here can fix subaru's, except for 1 place that is charging quite a bit (3,500) plus tow truck. So im looking for either a decent place in the UK where they can send an engine over to me, or a place where i can send the car over at a reasonable price to be fixed, no cowboys please.. looking for proffesionals! hope someone can help, iv been looking for so long!!!
