HELP! impreza gone nuts on me!

its a 1999 turbo 2000, well looked after.... i was late for work so was giving it the beans, i went round a large round about at 60 or 70ish in a slide..... when i hit the straight again the car was splutering and cutting out.... i limped it back home with the cheak light on. the fult codes ar 23, 24, 25, 53..... the car was low on fuel at the time of the mad dash to work! does anyone have any idea what iv done????? please help!

they dont like being under quarter of a tank and doing too many lateral G, they dont pick up fuel very well so sounds like your problem,
chuck some fuel in and do a ecu reset see if owt comes back up.

ok..... iv been at work all week and used my bike to get about so havent rushed....l... anyway, been out to have a look at it today, did the reset ecu thing with the green and black leads, all the codes have gone apart from 1...... code 23, air mass i think, the car is now much more drivable too, but still weak on boast, should i change the air mass or atempt to try and clean it! any help is much loved right now....lol cheers chad

dont put the car on boost with a bad maf sensor, can kill the engine

yeah thanks for that, i kind of guessed it wasnt doing the engine good cause it judders like mad on boost...... would it be ok to just stay of boost intill the new maf comes?? iv tryed cleaning by the way...... no good...
