air filter

hi guys new to this only had my car 6 months put a stainless with full decat on put a universal induction kit on it but the filter i bought said good for up to 200 bhp and my cars a subaru 1995 import wrx which i think is a lot more than 200bhp so fwas told filter would not last long also would loose power rather than gain,does anybody know if this is true and if yes wat filter would i need to get, thanks for any help

Better off with a panel filter such as k&n or green in standard air box as induction kits can cause running issues and damage mafs

induction kits are a waste of time mate unless you are going front mount,get it off and go back to standard box as said above.

hi m8 starting to have problems with car now seems to be holding back on power hesitating, would this be wat you were saying about induction kits ?
should i put the original back on?

If it's playing up then get the box back in and a panel filter, as above K&N or green....

The standard airbox is good for 400bhp. Just drop in a decent panel filter as above
