Lightbulb Clock and Stereo Going on and off

Hi guyz,
The Clock and Stereo couldn't come on this morning and they were working perfectly yesterday.
After about 3 hours went back switched on and they were back on. What could be the problem? -its a subaru impreza sports wagon 2002

Re: Clock and Stereo Going on and off

Hi, the clocks can have a intermittent fault maybe this is causing ur problem,
a resistor in them has a crap soldered joint and needs a little TLC.

Seen from the wiring diagram and the Clock and Audio share fuse.

Re: Clock and Stereo Going on and off

realized one speaker was loose and the wires were in contact with the door frame fixed and has been ok for a couple of days but the clock and radio just went dead again.
i think the problem could be some fuse. Which ones should i change is the fuse in the main fuse box in the engine area or the one on the dashboard.
