Red face EJ205 replaced by EJ20G

I'd like to know a little more about this EJ20g engine, this is the story... i blew out the ej205 while overheated, so decided to put an EJ20g JDM instead of fixing the broken engine, now I have a really pain trying to install the wiring harness for the ecu (z422611AC121), I also had to change the gear box to a TY752VB3FA. Any coments will be very appreciated. I just want to know if i'm on the right track, is it correct to change the computer and the gear box when replacing the engine? where can I get the ECU diagram for this engine-ECU?
