Fuel pump relay

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and to trying fix scoobies!

My 97 impreza 2ltr turbo isn't getting any fuel up to the filter. I need to get to the fuel pump relay as I'm not getting 12 volts at the pump itself so suspect that the relay is the problem.

Could someone please tell me the easiest way to access the relay? I know where it is but it seems that every other piece of wiring in the car is in the way!

Any advice will be appreciated.
