If it's a warning light.... perhaps you should listen and not drive it until you find out what it is... DOH!

Hi James,

If your 02 sensor is on its way out. Your car will work harder at higher rpm's and you will get crappy MPG + erratic idle and stalling when the sensor really dies.

Re: engine warning light

The idle has not been as smooth and I thought the mpg was down a bit,is it an easy/expensive fix?And can the car be run without causing damage?

They can be of a pain in the arse to take out cause on the exhaust so constantly warming up and cooling down expanding and contracting somtimes you might need to heat the sensor with a blow torch to expand the metal to take it out worse case scenario but can be very easy to plenty of wd40 on it and remember to clean the wd40 off, if blow torching it to heat it off
