Clifford G4 alarm

My wagon has a Clifford G4 alarm on it.

I have a few issues with it from the remote start not working to the siren sounding dead.

The latter being the more important. It no longer bleeps or gives any sound. It once gave a pathetic whine - this is the only indication I have that there actually is a siren...so I'm guessing the battery on the siren is dead?

I popped the bonnet to try and find it and noticed there is no siren box? Big empty gap where the standard one was near the airfilter but nothing else.

The one time I did hear the wine it sounded like it came from around the passenger air bag. I've took the glove box out but nothing.

Any Idea's where clifford would have put it? I've had a dig around but got no where.

Cheers guys!

normal alarm location is on the offside strut by the boost solanoid...
surely a G4 should be doing better than yours is,might be an idea to look through any paperwork and see if its covered by any warrenty of such also try n find out when it was installed n by whom

Re: Clifford G4 alarm

Cheers mate, tried that...only info I have on it is the install instructions (mentions no siren location) and how to use the remote start.

Guess it's going to be a expensive trip to a dealer lol
