I had a tracker on my last scoob called phantom target cost 450 install and 70 per year thereafter.... Seemd to be ok.

On my current WRX i got the tracker monitor installed. Costs 500 install (subaru uk) and a further 109 per year after that.

The phantom target - you had to call them to tell them your car was nicked.

The tracker monitor... they call you if your car has been started without disabling the immob in the correct way

Excellent pack to start you off and for 109 per annum its gotta be worth it

Like Gareth had the tracker monitor on the last scoob, worked when car was recovered on the back of a wagon (even though I rang them before hand!) my mobile rang and they asked me if I was in possesion of my car. Paid the annual on that.

Have RAC trackstar fitted as standard on this one, so far untried. Paid up for life now.

If thats any use?

Think it was about 350 without digging out the paperwork, planning on keeping the STi so thought it would be the longterm better option.

Hi

I have the middle tracker fitted, which is the monitor 24 I think :p

I have found tracker to be terrible at paperwork and didnt get round to activing it for 3 months

But yeah, I think the difference between the 1st and 2nd ones are alot. As in the added protection with monitor 24 is well worth paying the extra 100 install and 20year more on subscription.
