what alarm??

well as i normally do, wait for someone to break into my car before i buy a alarm :-( ive ben looking at alot of viper alarms and ppl have had problems with range and other stuff so what alarm do you guys have or suggest?

oh does anyone have a pasanger door handle surround and lock?? lol

go for either TOAD or Clifford bud,or lower end of alarm range is the Meta mt99 had one on my old car,txt alert,total closuer,etc £250!!.bargin n Thatcham approved...

Bet you insurance is high without alarm/imobaliser. Most wont even give you cover without 1

try an auto watch one i've got one if you dont have the fob you'll never get it started incorporates imobilsser re-locks afer 60 sec if doors not open and can also be set to work with t.timers and most importantly it makes one hell of a racket when it goes off, i think the one i've got is an rli16 or along them lines

had a toad Ai606 fitted when got the car 4 years later and still working with no problems cant say the same for the car

Great alarms toad especially one above,adam a mates fitted loads whilst working for himself an used to work previously at car electronics at notts+derby(a while bk now)im yet to hear of anyone having problems with toad alarms, though as ever its down to the person fitting it.

Toad are really reasonably priced aswell.


Would never put a clifford on my car-know too many ppl who`s had trouble with them-early one`s seemed ok though.
