Rear De-mister

It's not working?
Switch seems to work and light illuminates on dash, but no demisting?
Checked fuse in drivers footwell, looks ok, is there another fuse or a relay anywhere?
Have a test meter but wouldn't know what to do with it hahaha I only got it for show, and to test for dead batteries

Just going thru all the little niggles on the car and this is one of them, any assistance would be good just to give me a starting point

Re: Rear De-mister

Also check the fuse panel in the engine compartment. My 02 WRX has a 20A rear window defogger fuse in this box.

Re: Rear De-mister

Thanks for that guys, now realised that there is window tint film on the rear and the chances are that if its not fuse or dirty connections, then the window tint installer probably damaged the heat wires Jeese, amateurs!!!

Re: Rear De-mister

Removing the tint on the rear is a real pain. If you do persevere with it you can get conductive paint pens which could make the break..
