immobiliser problem

I have a uk99 turbo fitted with a sigma 30 system. The car locks unlocks no problem, although sometimes the immobiliser does not come off. If I lock the car and come back 15-20 mins later it will be fine. I am starting before the immobiliser comes back on. Will the keypad overide the immobiliser? any help appreciated
