Question Adding gauges

I am looking to add a electrical oil pressure and water temp gauges to my 2016 2.0.

I have found the stock sending units. Can they just be replaced with the sending units for the gauges with no ill effects?

There appears to be two sensors on the oil galley from the oil filter at the front of the engine. One appears to be a pressure switch, and the other?

Any one have access to a wiring diagram?

Appreciate any advice.

Thank you

Re: Adding gauges

Regarding sensors and stock sending units you can get a kit which allows you to use both after-market ones along side the stock ones as the stock ones is for the ECU.

This is the exact kit I am using for Oil Pressure and its been fitted for 3 years with no leaks or warning lights.

simply undo the stock one and then replace it with the kit then screw the stock one in to the correct hole and the after market sender in the other. it comes with instructions.
