Re: immobiliser lock out

push the car 100 mtrs up the road and it will start, its a common issues on the M series for local interference to cause this issue.

Re: immobiliser lock out

hi bugeye_bob i had towed it home from where it stopped last night which is about a mile away and was still the same and i spoke to my aa chap next door and he said to disconnect the battery and actually connect + and - together but not to touch the battery terminals and it will reset and wipe any interference and leave the wire terminals for 2 hours and then reconnect and all will be good
Well i have just been back out and reconnected the battery and nothing, put key in ignition, lights on,alarm blasting out, switch off and hit the fob and hey presto it all works again perfectly but i MUST try and get the pin from subaru when they reopen.
At least i can now go out and enjoy driving her again,i cant say how much i love it

Re: immobiliser lock out

You can program ur own pin with a working remote,
Go on Google and search for the owners manual and its all in that.
