WIRING PROBLEM

I HAVE A 1998 CLASSIC,WITH 60K GENUINE MILES ON SINCE I IMPORTED THE MOTOR FROM JAPAN,I RECENTLY GOT ENGINE MODS DONE,AND OTHER MECHANICAL BITS N BOBS,POLY BUSHED WHOLE CAR,NEW SUSPENSION,RIMS,TYRES ETC,,,NOW OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS CAR HAS BEEN PUTTING UP THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,CAR HAS BEEN PUT ON DIO COMPUTER NO CODES STORING,HAS ANYONE EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM AFTER GETTING ENGINE WORK DONE,ALL MY ENGINE WORK WAS DONE BY CHIEF MECHANIC FROM MCKINSTERY MOTORSPORTS IN BANBRIDGE NORTHERN IRELAND,AND THEY CANT FIND A FAULT OR A REASON WHY THE MOTOR IS DOING WHAT ITS DOING,BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY INSIGHT,AS MODS COST ME A CLEAN FORTUNE AND THIS PROB IS BUGGING ME BIG TIME.

as it been remapped after the mods were fitted?
