Windows Vista....

Just wondered if anyone has tried it or used it?

Just downloading it now, bit of a big download mind, 3.7Gb's!! Its gonna take about 4.5hours on 2mb broadband, so I hope no one is trying it on dial up!!

I'm downloading both versions, so hope to try them both out and see what they are like..

Anyone tried it yet?

Have you seen how much the retail version is going to be

Couple of colleagues at work have the trial version, both have had major issues with hardware and software compatibility issues and it is very resource hungry. IGB memory minimum requirement I think.

Let us know how you get on....

I've not seen the prices but I'm sure you'll get it online for nothing if you look!!

I've 2Gb's of ram at the moment, if I need more I can always add two more dimm's

I'll download the needed files and hopefully borrow a mates hard drive as I dont have one spare and I'd rather not delete a XP setup that works!! Too boring looking at that damn install screen!!

Incidently, how much is Vista gonna cost?
