Still around/still with classic/still polishing !!

Just popped bk on here after talkin with brett yesterday on MSN, thought i`d just say hello to you guys.
Still got scoby still love it still stdish+still reliable bless it-only thing ive bought for it this last yr is discs/oil+filter/alternator belt/Fresh coolant(ready for winter)so cant complain-got MOT tomorrow but im not expecting any trouble.

Aint been on many car forums at all to be fair even a local one where i know most of em-been on ebay more an more to be honest, thats down to a bloke i know in notts really who`s kinda got me bk into cb radio(had one yrs ago-so did brett)talkin like about 23yrs ago as a kid.

Anyway just been dabbling with allsorts of cb stuff buyin stuff using a bit an selling on etc,i`d be a liar if i said there werent a bit of nostalgia involved as its not as good as it were bk in the day but round here theres steadily getting more on-got a couple of nice radios an when weathers right its cool listening to foreigners.

Usually got it on in the background when im on here, not like i sit solely listening its just a laugh now an again.

Anyway a few pics of me car as is at the mo (nothing new)

short vid of me cobra cb(others on me photobucket)
cb radios :: 2006_05150002.mp4 video by scoobymad - Photobucket

Aboves on ssb not normal FM as some may have already gathered.

Back to the polishing ive just done another Cover/ feature car me mates mk2 cortina as seen on cover of novembers classic ford mag.

Hi again mate, yer the tina werent great when i went round the spray it`d had werent great an Len the owner werent encouraged by the fact classic ford would be turning up for the feature the week after by the end of the day he were happier though-still not perfect if im honest but alot lot better than it were.

Re: Still around/still with classic/still polishing !!

Want a couple of others-Bike engined ford pop now has a 200sx engine in and john with the truck i polished has bought another ford pop and has a cossie engine waiting to go in it(needs bodywork first though.

200sx powered

Next yr to be cossie powered

Cars actually very straight rot wise like you wouldnt believe-an johns probably one of the best welders i know-put bottom 6inch of passengerside rear quarter in whilst i did his transit last weekend and the welding were just class.
