Mates A4

Started this with Bren on saturday but family commitments meant we didnt have time to finish it,bren will be the first to admit he hasnt looked after the audi,he`s owned it about 4yrs an its never been polished, theres a few knocks an scrapes and before bren bought it its had poor paint jobs in places.

So Washed/clayed/washed/leathered off then attacked with some poorboys professional polish.
were limited by time so went over with poorboys polish with carnauba, then managed to get the roof glazed with pinnacle XMT carnauba finishing glaze.

So anyway im bk later when he`s done work to sorta finish off though im going out meself later so ive only got a couple of hours on it, however hopefully can at least finish the glaze, then go over with einszett waxpolish soft for now.

Thinking of leaving bren with the petes 53 wax(there aint much left now)and getting him to fwd me the pics after he`s waxed it maybe this wkend/whenever.Only pic ive got of the audi`s this one however its got different wheels now sorta RS4 style-really were tight for time and the weather were against us sat morning so no pics directly before-sorry.

Will update late tonight folks.

Not bad to say it hadnt been polished in the 4yrs brens owned it,he were chuffed to bits.

Did manage to get it waxed with petes 53 in the end but still gave bren what were left-maybe another 2 coats left in the pot to be fair, overall quite happy how it turned out.

Yer we were both happy with it for the effort needed, probably about 6 hours in total-ive got 5hrs tomorrow to do another mates 306(seperate thread)so hopefully have got time to get it pretty mint before he`s gotta shoot off.Doing that round here though so makes it a bit easier.

Only 6 hours. What a transformation.

You've done a great job there Dave. You'd never know it hasn't been near a polish in its life.
