Depends how strong its mixed and how often its used in my opinion-i just use a citrus pre wash when i powerwash mine (which is rare)i`m probably in the minority but i just cant really see the benefit of snowfoam.like my car looking nice and if i felt it were a necessity would use it but in my opinion it aint.
Best place to asks probably in car care on scoobynet-theres plenty of ppl got em on there mate (dont use pressure washers much as believe from experience these do take some of the wax/sealant off)

Citrus Snow Foam
Thanks Dave
I'm like you, I don't normally jet wash. The one I have is only low powered but I'm travelling on the motorway every day to work at the moment, so my car is getting really crappy. So that's the reason why I got some, was going to leave it on for 3-5 mins but was unsure on strong to mix it. what you reckon Dave. |

Think it varies between manufacturers i know strong it does strip wax but so long as you follow manufacturers guidelines you should be fine-can understand it maybe at the mo with all the salt being put down however to an extent washing the car(assuming its only getting washed once a wk)mid wk aswell would be my choice(realise this aint always practical for some ppl though)-leaving salt on a car or any heavy dirt does affect the finish if its left to dry on for quite a while.
As for application/dillution think it will differ between different manufacturers snow foam (theres various available)but yer 5mins sounds fine though some ppl go over the car twice-guess its up to how much time you want to spend doing it. May be worth ya registering on here mate-some good detailers on here aswell as ppl like me/alot better than me lol http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/forum/...pic.php?p=7045 Theres also detailing world http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/ You`ll get alot more proffessional advice. Its just occasionally a bit too anal for me.
