Sorry All but time for a Rant

A certain member on here posted up a query in the technical section of Scoobynet yesterday. I thought the problem was explained very well and whilst I don't know the answer I would have helped if I did.

HOWEVER - all he got was mainly stupid and pathetic comical replies they were of no use to man nor beast) I'm sorry but I thought SN was a place that tried to help other owners in their hours of need amongst other things.....now it seems little more than a palyground for a select few jokers !!!!!!!

Please whatever happens don't let this site go the same way - here it is such a refershing change to have some good conversation with very nice people. I personally try and help anyone with problems on here because I can remember how daunting it was for me when I first got my Scoob. Now I don't pretend to know it all and whats reassuing is others will try and help too. If this doesn't happen then I generally look about on the Net etc and see if I can find out. Surely its all about helping one another creating a Community ?? I didn't renew my SN plus membership this year and don't intend to either......

Sorry rant over (ahhhhhh I feel better now)

Don't worry Nelson, we wouldn't let this site get like that :!:

We have a good crowd on here and ALWAYS help each other. I know I've put questions on here with a ops: sign but no one ever took the michael, but the complete opposite :!:

At the end of the day we all have something in common, we all need advice sometimes - why take the p155 - don't make sense :!:

 I was going into one then - sorry

I'm not going to slag SN off but its a free world so ill express my opinion  (does that cover my back )

There does indeed seem to be a great amount of time / post / bandwidth wasters over there and it seems to be a fast decreasing site of real help. Yes we all love a laugh in the middle of a post but some over in that direction are offensive and outright rude...

I dont take offense at this but some people may well.

I'm hoping with the moderator group (keeping in communication) we can put a cap on this before it starts... Its only a matter of time before someone with little or no interest in scoobs starts posting

All the best

I never got into SN for that pretty much that reason, certainly not a very welcoming place or newbies.
