Been to the pub to confirm arrangements so all systems are go for the BBQ.

The grass is looking good, not the wet jungle that got us all soaked at Beale Park last year and the ground is good and firm even after all the rain.

To help us out can the convoy leaders give us a ring about 10mins out so we can get the marshals primed to get you in and parked quickly. 07795 296902 or 07828 638908

We will park primarily by club as follows on the grass after the tarmac car park:

- Wagon Squadron first on the left

- Wales next on the left before the chicken run

- Hampshire on the left from the chickens onwards

- Surrey on the left after Hampshire

- The vast Dorset invasion force of 26 cars!!! (and Baz the Tankini warrior) on the right from the trees onwards. (about 100 yards down the field)

Clubs please keep the first bit of grass on the right before the trees clear so we can put the single cars in here so they don’t feel ostracised down the bottom.

Any groups that I have missed let me know who you are so we can give you your own space.
